Environments: development and production - ArcenPay

Each team in ArcenPay has two environments: development and production. Use development to test plan changes, billing components, and SDK integrations before deploying to live customers.

How environments work

Environment	Supported networks	Purpose
Development	Arc Testnet (`5042002`), Base Sepolia (`84532`), Stellar Testnet (`9000001`), Solana Devnet (`9100001`)	Test plan activations, checkout flows, agent payments, escrow, and webhooks safely with testnet faucet tokens.
Production	BOT Chain Mainnet (`677`), Solana Mainnet (`9100000`)	Run customer-facing catalog, checkout, entitlement, invoice, agent micropayments, and webhook flows. Production settlement is live on BOT Chain Mainnet and Solana Mainnet; Base and Stellar mainnet are coming soon.

Your team’s development environment supports testnet settlement on Arc Testnet, Base Sepolia, Stellar Testnet, and Solana Devnet. Production settlement is live on BOT Chain Mainnet and Solana Mainnet; Base and Stellar mainnet are coming soon. Each environment has a separate catalog.

Switching environments

In the dashboard, the environment selector appears in the top navigation bar. Select Development or Production to switch.

Switching environments in the dashboard does not affect active SDK sessions. Customers always interact with the production environment. The environment switch is only for dashboard operators.
