Supported networks & smart contracts

ArcenPay provides multi-chain settlement across EVM networks, Stellar and Solana. Off-chain entitlement checks and dashboard management remain unified, while on-chain subscriptions and payment vouchers execute on the provider’s chosen network. Each environment is restricted to a fixed set of networks:

Production settles on BOT Chain Mainnet (677) and Solana Mainnet (9100000).
Development settles on Arc Testnet (5042002), Base Sepolia (84532), Stellar Testnet (9000001), and Solana Devnet (9100001).

Production environments are restricted to BOT Chain Mainnet (677) and Solana Mainnet (9100000). Development environments run on Arc Testnet (5042002), Base Sepolia (84532), Stellar Testnet (9000001), and Solana Devnet (9100001). Base and Stellar mainnet settlement is coming soon.

Stellar networks use synthetic chain IDs 9000000/9000001/9000002 and Solana uses 9100000/9100001/9100002 in ArcenPay APIs and SDKs to maintain unified multi-chain routing. Stellar testnet USDC is identified by its issuer account (GBBD47IF...); the platform resolves the Soroban Stellar Asset Contract (SAC) automatically.

Solana is live on Mainnet (9100000) and Devnet (9100001). A single ArcenPay Anchor program serves every contract role at D4ECHyomENvFHrdXWHcRncTwwQ1EQbyY4ga3CkcaYCP3 on both clusters (deployments are cluster-scoped; the address is the same). Mainnet on-chain config (Config PDA Hk8waLk49ssHb4WCKPcGqVN44HNBjF8EvLixJcB53qBk): treasury 3hoVJKNDP9zpHvxizcKGYzZL2ZeTaBTZ2m2p68Wi9Tmv, fee 50 bps, admin 8rJPx5E5CZkDxvW1WGeyQFQhSDkH55vxx98HKCFwnP34. It mints subscriptions, moves USDC, and settles session-vault usage. Autopay uses a shared per-token-account SPL delegate PDA with an additive allowance, and renewals are submitted by a relayer that pays fees only — the facilitator never holds a user key. settle is settler-gated and replay-protected (nullifier) but does not verify a Groth16 proof; the facilitator is a trusted settler.
